DynAgro – a quality fertiliser produced from recycled food products.

In addition to the 'green' heat and power, each ReFood plant produces a homogenous nutrient-rich bio-fertiliser. The fertiliser is marketed under the DynAgro brand and can be used by local farmers to replace fossil-fuel based products, providing the farms with a low-cost yet high quality fertiliser and creating another environmental benefit from the ReFood process.

 

DynAgro fertiliser contains significant levels of nitrogen, phosphate, potash and magnesium as well as additional nutrients and organic matter. Using DynAgro fertiliser presents a sustainable alternative to other, manufactured fossil-fuel based fertilisers, whilst at the same time being completely organic.

 

In environmental terms, the food chain is a complete circle – with organic food waste providing the nutrients to support new crops.
