Future Developments

ReFood UK aims to build a network of AD plants across the country to provide a local solution for local waste.

 

Depending on customer demand, ReFood plans to build further plants at a number of PDM's existing recycling sites across the UK. PDM operates sites strategically located within close proximity to all of the UK's main urban and food production areas.

 

AD forms a key part of the Government's long term plans to reduce the volume of food waste being sent to landfill and to generate more 'green' or renewable electricity; ReFood's plants will help move the UK towards achieving these vital goals.
